Sunrise - Sunset

These pieces were inspired by the sunrise over the Darling Ranges hitting trailing cirrus clouds as seen from my bathroom window and warm glow of the sunset through the pines and on the Swan River as I drove home of an evening.

Married metals of silver, copper and various golds were used to create the sunrise pieces and a local stone Mookaite to create the sunset pieces. Works from this collection are in the Schmuckmuseum in Pforzheim, the Victoria & Albert Museum in London and the National Gallery of Australia
